I really love the game. I am level 49. It is extremely frustrating to keep having connection issues. It is not my wi fi or my phone. This can happen as much as 5 times in an hour. I play many games on my phone and this is the only one I have these issues with. I hope these issues can be resolved soon.

I love Animal Crossing and I’m loving Pocket Camp. I play it every day. However, I’ve noticed that my iPhone restarts automatically during the game if it takes too long to load during gameplay. I’m not sure what causes it but it does that randomly. But sure if hardware issue or software bug? Does anyone else have this issue? I have an iPhone 6 Plus.

Ever since the latest update my app doesn’t start up intead it either goes black or turns blue?? What’s going on? I’ve tried deleting it and uploading it back on and restarting it but the same thing keeps happening... help!?!

Never played a game that crashes so much

This it literally the first time I've ever written a review. That’s how bad of an app this is. Don’t get me wrong, the game itself is really fun but I can’t pop a balloon or water a flower without getting a stupid game crash error. I keep hoping with every update there’s a fix but it’s honestly just gotten worse and worse.

Randomly when I go to lost lure creek my screen will freeze and my phone will completely restart. It's very annoying and I can barely get any thing done when I go there

I like the game. I’m an animal crossing fan, and though this doesn’t replace it —though I’m sure it was never meant to—it is good enough until the next one hopefully comes out. However with the recent update, it’s near unplayable for me. I try to do something outside of my campsite, the app freezes and restarts my iPad. So the game was just updated and that’s great I have no negatives to give other than the fact that every time I try to play the freaking game now, it not only crashes but my phone restarts as well. Before I wrote this, I was trying to play the game. My phone restarted 5 times in less than 2 minutes. That shouldn’t happen. It wasn’t happening before the update so I’m sure it has something to do with the new features.

After 3 weeks and the 1.1.5v update, I have been unable to play the game. Despite trying to wait it out, using different techniques to try to get the app running and working, and emailing the developers, I have decided to delete the app and NOT redownload, even if they finally ‘fix’ it. I have grown inpatient and don’t find it at all fair that events and new content is continuing as scheduled rather than work on a fix for the black/red/blue/green blank screen(s) so that EVERYONE can enjoy these events. Truly disappointed.

Communication Error ☹️- Updated Review

I love the actual game play! But every now and then it will say “Communication Error code 802-2609” even though I have full bars on LTE or am connected to WiFi with a strong connection.. Other then that, it is great! UPDATE: After a few updates the game runs a little better. Now I just wish it had more content because it is starting to get a little boring ?
