Dear Rovio: There are many of us that do not like AB2 - the graphics are hard to see, too much screen explosions. We like the simple look and action of the older Angry Birds. Right now that’s only the AB Friends or AB Seasons that is never updated. And maybe the ones that are in outer space (Star Wars). Please update the older look games for those of us who like to cling to the past. Or at least release something based on the original AB without all the bells and whistles of AB 2. Thank you very much.

Rovio used to be king of the cheats but for some time they have been slipping. I see by their recent offerings they're trying to win back the crown. Bravo!

1/22/2018 Update: Let’s see...the game no longer crashes. Thank you for fixing that. However, there hasn’t been a new season since 2016, not even a 2017 Christmas update. Once the game stopped crashing, it turned into a fun game to play. But no new updates beyond the challenge and quests. Most disappointing. Previous review: Don't download the update. Hope for a fix, if you have. It crashes! Looks like it is loading, but then it just shuts down.
ROVIO not updating, and the game is a broken POC!

So just leave it in here and find something else NOT ROVIO related to occupy your time. AB Seasons has turned into a POC, and any support from ROVIO is like asking a freaking sidewalk to answer what it is made of!

I think SEASONS is the best of the Angry Birds franchises. It's still old school; the outer space games and Angry Birds 2 offer a different look and approach that don't appeal to me. I love Angry Birds Seasons, and I hope it's not messed with by the gods at Rovio in a way that I'll hate (such as converting the classic game to the 3-D animation which prevails elsewhere in the franchise games, as they did with Angry Birds 2). Now that 2017 is over without any new “seasons” appearing during the regular expected holiday season, all that’s left for me is to improve my standing with what’s there. Not enough to keep me addicted. I may have to start reading books again.
Used to love them, they should be ashamed.

Bought them all as they were released. Haven’t had an iPad for a while till recently. Decided to enjoy them all again, instead I deleted every one....same day. Ridiculous. If you are thinking about buying for the first time just now. FORGET IT.
Number of ads is aggravating!

I've looked for ad free versions of Angry Birds but haven't found it--does that option exist? Otherwise I love playing the many variations.
