Great Game All Around

The game has tons of abilities, weapons and items. The progression system is one of the best I have seen and the campaign is lenghty enough. Also the game offers several modes including co-op. Amazing game!

Giving one star to this game until my money is refunded or items are given to me via the purchase i have already made. My card was charged twice for one transaction. This is a big problem in my book.
Fun to play a little not worth putting too much money into it.

It is a decent game initially and had a lot of potential. However, the devs do not listen to feedbacks or communicate with the players. Class balance is extremely poor and always shifting, making players very frustrated in pvp. Customer support is non existent now and support tickets do not get any human response any more.
Game unplayable after latest update

The latest update caused everything to be in Chinese and when I open the game it just gives some message I can't understand and after clicking the button shuts the game down. Please fix this issue.

Download was fine, met all of the requirements that weren't spelled in an Asian language, launched the app...and a button pops up with Asian script and the app crashes. I decided to try it out after seeing the cinematic trailer on Youtube (knowing that the cinematic was NOT what was going to be offered in the app) but how can you give something a good review if it refuses to be reviewed? The only review I can give is what I was able to experience which was the app crashing. 1 star.
This game is awesome but the new update created an error.

The new "update" is causing the game to crash before it has a chance to load. I can't read the error message because it's in a different language, which is very frustrating. I doubt this review will be seen or taken into consideration, but for what it's worth, I decided to let you know.

So, the new update came out, right? And I've gotten decently far into the game, and I download the update, and now when I go to play the game it pops up a message that closes me out of the game. I have no f**king clue what the message says either, because it is written in Japanese. And I can't select it and put it in a translator. This makes EXTRA no sense because I had my settings put to english. You may be saying,"If the game's glitched, wouldn't it make sense that the language is changed?", and I would agree, except it is the only thing on the loading screen NOT in english. This is not good, and I was just wondering why it was happening. If your deciding whether or not to download this game because your reading reviews, I say get it... Once they've fixed this fatal error. And if your one of the game devs, please fix this. I understand things happen, but how was this missed in testing? Surely you test your own updates? Anyways, I give this a 3/5 stars because it is a great game deserving 5/5 stars, but now it is a game I can't get to. Fix it, and I'll rate you 5/5. Thank you for your time reading this and I wish you a happy day.
