The layout and options of this app are fantastic. Great job! This loads and works fine for me!

I just upgraded to the latest version. When I attempt to play downloaded podcasts the app locks up and after some seconds terminates.

This app was fine for a year until the new update made it impossible to use. It keeps crashing whenever I hear one of my stored podcast. Please fix the bug!

I can no longer use this app, as it crashes soon after I initiate a podcast. It is very disappointing, as it was one of my most-used applications.

This app is very well put together and simple. It is stable and does not crash. Ancient Faith Radio is an incredible resource for all Christians interested in the ancient hymns and traditions of the faith. Whether you are Orthodox, interested in Orthodoxy (as I am), or simply love beautiful music that praises God, you will love AFR. Highly, highly recommended.

I love listening to podcasts as I'm doing errands--it's so much better than the radio and more interesting than the contents of my own head. My only complaint is that if I pause the podcast for too long, while I'm checking out at the store or whatever (and, everyone, don't leave your earphones in while checking out--it's just rude to the cashier) it doesn't save where I'm at. I have to navigate back to the podcast I was listening to. Sometimes I have to reload the podcast. It would be nice if the app saved what I was listening to.

This app needs a great deal of work. To wit, 1) Startup is very, very slow, especially when cell data is either slow or unreachable. 2) Downloading, saving, and replaying material often freezes the app. 3) The user interface is unintuitive. It often replicates functionality in multiple places or does not provide a certain type of functionality where it is needed. 4) In general, the app is much slower than it should be. 5) There is no simple way to quickly reach one’s favorite podcasts. Perhaps adding a “favorites” feature would fix this. Overall, it is a very unpleasant experience to use this app. I recommend using a simple podcast app in place of this one to follow Ancient Faith Radio.

A well-designed and thought through application to benefit the Orthodox Christian community
