I have tried to repeatedly pull up my parents info and they are still NOT found. Previously I could view any time I wanted too. Very disappointing as I’m miles away and can’t visit in person.

Please try to put some effort. It does not pull up by last name or date of death. Had to google the grave site.

This app has worked well until April 18. Now every time I search it returns an answer record can’t be found. Is there a fix coming
