I’ve had this app FOREVER - and now recently they upped their price and they won’t allow you to unfollow anyone on the free version. So I’m deleting off my phone and not coming back. Not worth it

Locked me out after charging me

This is bizarre. I was just charged $8 for the monthly VIP access and it locked me out saying I need to upgrade. Upon trying to upgrade(just to see what happens) it says I’m already upgraded and have already paid. Please fix this or refund my money. I’ve had the app register that people unfollowed me, but when I check to see who it is(which is a primary selling point of the app) it says no one unfollowed you... so that part doesn’t work. Also, the bigger selling point and the reason I downloaded and paid for the vip membership is that you can see who visits your profile. There is not an option to see that info in any form. Like they removed it. Very useless app for me.

The trial doesn’t work

I just got the trial because everything is locked unless you do so. But everything is still locked! I don’t understand I tried restarting the app and nothing is working, pls send help!

This app is great in telling you the people who are following you back and not following you at all, likes you get per post, comments you get per post, and even views you get per post. But some reason after the update it made I’m having problem login back into it and the steps that tell you to do, isn’t really working for me.

IG uses AI and can identify use of this app. I have five accounts. The two I used this software on INSTANTLY got banned. Also, there’s an in-app pop-up that constantly asks for a review, even if you already left one. If you click “needs improvement”, it will disappear immediately and never ask what can be improved, if you click “it’s great”, it will write itself a positive review on the App Store for you to hit “send”. It’s really annoying that I paid full price, but this pop-up shows constantly anyway.

Not perfect at all. The main reason I downloaded the app was to see who doesn’t follow me back and unfollow them all at once but the last three times I’ve tried it doesn’t allow me to do so. To make it worse there is nowhere that tells me why I cant do so.
