Tracking demanded for use

I use two other weather apps which allow me to simply designate cities where I want to watch the weather. This one insists on specific location tracking. Not acceptable!

I love the old fashioned look and it's very accurate. I like the GPS feature too. All that's missing is wind speed and direction. Maybe in a future version? Thank you for this great app!
Pretty but seriously flawed

Attractive and simple interface. But even with the location services turned on I only am able to access the temperature and humidity for some city in Russia. I guess if the tracking of my location is this far off I don't have to worry about being followed!
