Doesn’t tell you what’s wrong with your release when it doesn’t get approved

This app it’s amazing it’s free to distribute but one bad things is when your song doesn't get approved they don’t tell you why so your trying to figure out what’s wrong with it

The massage for number verification is not coming I’ve tried number from 3 countries but it’s still not working

I’ve been reaching out to them for months about an issue releasing my music in their PRO STORES. Responses all automated and the issue not fixed. Will be moving to a different service

So far the amuse app is very easy and convenient to use. I’ll update again how the overall Amuse experience. This is my first time using a music distribution platform.

this app used to be wayyy better, you were able to choose not roght away but a very close set of dates wothout paying pro, you used to get so much more for free, plus you guys are really strict on what is posted everything has to be perfect or i cant have it the way i want it sometimes like u ited masters i can, go back to the old app

I’ve had amuse for a while a little over a year. Up until 2 days ago I’ve had a 5 star experience but something happened. I woke up checked the app and it had said my account has been frozen, I didn’t do any of the following things that it says leads to an frozen account and it got unfrozen a minute later. The horrible thing is that with a frozen account it deletes your songs from streaming services. In my case YouTube, Apple Music, and google. So now I’m stuck with all my songs gone, 2 albums, about 20 songs and 1 and a half years of work...gone... I contacted amuse but they have yet to respond. It might work for you but this killed my love for the app...amuse please fix this
