Nice App but Activity Tracker doesn't work..?

Very disappointed that activity tracker feature in user profile does not work as advertised on the box. Has this feature added to the IPAD app yet ? Even the use guide says you can turn the feature on but looks like they don't have the software yet.. very misleading... I would be very happy if the feature is present as advertised.

It's very bad and disappointed! Disconnect during using, no internet connection while connection is available!!!!

Too often I can't connect with the app. It says "No internet connection." But I am on my Wi-Fi and internet access is fine. When it works it seems to work fine. If they could fix the connectivity issue I would give this 4-5 stars.

It never works, try to reset it. Unplugging the system. Holding the reset button. NEVER WORKS!
ALLY is offline
???????
Been close to a year and this is all i got” ALLY is offline”. Not sure what is the issue. Hope this can be resolve.

Doesn’t matter if I’m connected to the router or not. Any time I use the app it says “ALLY is Offline” and it makes the app unusable.
