What do you mean account doesn't exist?

Don't get me wrong I love sun and moon, but I never get a verification code, so I go to change email and it says account doesn't exist, I try again account doesn't exist, I try again account doesn't exist, no matter what email or password I put in it just says account doesn't exist. So how am I suppose to use the app if the only words I can see are account doesn't exist

I have to say, I was kinda forced in this app by someone, but this app was defiantly worth it. I'm writing this review so I can unlock a few things in the app currently

This app is full of sexual predators! DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD DOWNLOAD this app!!! I discovered this app to be be full of sexual predators. There is no support whatsoever. We've tried report it to administrators but it's an endless loop. We are going to police.
