Horrible experience. Placed order, no way to track,no updates, never received a confirmation, multiple mistakes made = not going to use again

2 of 4 times that I used the app, the store did not receive the order, despite confirming email. If I have to call the store to ask where the order is, I might as well call the store to place the order.
