I like your magazine but online access is terrible. This app doesn’t work. The only way that I can see the magazine is on my desktop. What’s up? A bunch of science folks should do better.

App will not let me login to my account using the ID & password that works just fine on the Sigma Xi website. Many people seem to be reporting this issue, among others. Having the organization’s flagship magazine associated with such a dysfunctional app is an embarrassment and does not reflect well on Sigma Xi. The AAAI uses an app powered by GTxcel for making AI Magazine available online, and it works very well. Perhaps Sigma Xi should consider doing the same. Zinio might also be worth considering.
