Great credit union but app could use time tweaks

I love America first their customer service support is second to none. The app could use some tweaks here and there. But overall a good app and gets the job done .

I like the way it’s set up, and I like the way it is user friendly. I’ve had no problems with this application and will continue to use it on te daily.

This app does two major things for me. One removes my stress of having my card stolen or run without my knowledge: I turn off my cards until I’m ready to use them. You can also set limitations like max amount run in a transaction or you can set it to decline certain types of transactions like online or out of your state. If someone tries to run your card with them turned off it gets declined and you get a notification! I have had someone steal my card information and clear my account in a day, so this is a big one for me. And Second: it tracks my spending so I can easily go in the app and see where my money has gone category wise. This has actually helped my budget more than I though it would. Like everything the app is not perfect but I would highly recommend it.

I like using this app! It takes a little time and exploration to get some of the features down, but once you are familiar with it, it is easy to use. I also like the additional charts that show expenses, which gave me a visual way to look at my incoming and outgoing money.

The app itself is decent, not having charges (pending or otherwise) shown when I first long in is aggravating. Sometimes I have to go out of the app and log back I. To get updated information.

this app is well worth the storage on my phone. it is super useful to see how much i send and how much i make. although, i am someone who doesn’t spend a lot so it doesn’t say pending a ton so i normally always know how much i have exactly.

Eh works but needs improvement

The only thing I really can’t stand about this version is the fact it only shows current month data. You can’t go back in time, I wish it would load more as you keep scrolling through the account. Frustrating when it’s a new month and you need to see last weeks charges that were in a previous month. Only thing I really do is use it to transfer money to different accounts. I love AFCU, but please update this to something better.
