Horrible navigation- access discontinued and I can’t get my subscription refunded.

Watching TWD was worth a yearly subscription tied to my cable provider. Loved it for a year. Despite the horrible navigation in the app. If you want to watch anything but TWD franchise good luck. Then they disconothe AMC Premiere product. Only a few months into my renewed yearly subscription. But they will give me a reduced price for a few months to their new AMC + product which is much more money. They’ve promised me a refund of my unusable subscription. But I’m still waiting for it.

I have to delete and install app every couple of days because it keeps crashing and won’t open or load anything. Pretty sad amc can’t get it together to have a good app!

The movies are good, but getting the app to work is an entirely different story!! This app is worse than HBOMax, which is the lowest of the low when it comes to quality apps.

Very repetitive ads and crashes a lot

Watching TWD and I have to constantly delete and reinstall the app to get it to stop crashing and the commercials are so repetitive. I got an ad break of 1:30 seconds of just university of incarnate word subliminally telling me to go to nursing school. But seriously, really repetitive.
Love the content. Hate the app.

The app crashes every time I use it. I can watch once, then the next time I go to watch it, it will crash before ever loading fully. So I have to delete it, re-download it, sign in again, and it will work for that one time use. Happens every. Single. Time. I don’t know if they just want to force you to pay for AMC+ out of frustration or what, but it’s a hassle.

Horrible app. 3 minute long ads, it gives you more ads when you rewind/skip forward for 15 seconds, the audio is always behind, you can’t really steam onto your devices, and it always crashes. It’s probably easier to stream stuff off putlocker than using this app
Commercials galore

Idk if anyone else has as much problems with streaming this app as I do, but it probably wouldn’t be as bad if there wasn’t so many commercials. Every time I have to reset the app I get hit with a 2:30 commercial and it’s the same one that replays every 30 seconds. I can spend 1 hour trying to watch something and instead I’m watching commercials for the majority of the time. Don’t even try to fast forward or rewind to the spot you left off on… BAM! Commercials… ??
