As a USER of many mobile devices and their hardware (PalmOS, WinCE, IOS, etcetera) I'm quite well-versed in this subject. At first glance, you'd think this app skins the charge state graphic in the lock screen - IT DOES NOT! Aside from granting some small insight as to the effect of services (Bluetooth, Wifi, etcetera) on battery life, this topic is, truly, COMMON SENSE! Now, if the app actually skinned something outside of the app itself, it'd be more interesting. However (as is the case with many liar compilations of code) this is a boring lie of an app, and is reflective of why developers should finely describe the full functionality of their wares! DON'T BUY THIS. You don't even need to TRY it!!
