My Amber Alert is not working cause it saids the developer of this app needs to upgrade the app to 11. My IPhone is already updated on 11.3.1 I can’t seem to contact the developer of this app

It still crashes immediately after I open it, even after the "minor bugfix update". Fix this please, I downloaded the app because I wanted to use it not because I want to see it crash.
Latest 'Update' A FAILURE!

The latest update of Amber Alert just installed, automatically, on my iPhone 5 running iOS 7.1.2. Now the app refuses to even run. I did a restart AND a full Hard Reboot. This didn't change anything. The app still closes IMMEDIATELY after you start it. So, if there is anyone reading this review and they DON'T have their App Updates set to update automatically AND they are not running iOS 8 (I have NO idea if this app runs on iOS 8 or not), do NOT install this update!!! As for those who created this new 'update', how could you NOT have seen that there was a problem with your app??? So, since the app designers of Amber Alert didn't seem to think that it was important to make sure that their new app update EVEN RAN, I'll be uninstalling the Amber Alert app because it is now COMPLETELY USELESS and just taking up space on my iPhone.
