Amazing!!

Simply put, this game is exactly what the title of this review says, AMAZING!! Everything about it is just great! The music and sound effects - beautiful; pictures and visual stuff - very pretty! And storyline- INCREDIBLE! My only complaint would be that I wish it went on for longer! (Which can hardly be called a complaint, it's more positive than anything haha) But yeah, great game, only thing is: combat and a few other minor things can get a little confusing but overall, I LOVEEE ITT!!!

Captivating

Oregonwoodman

A fantastic "choose your own adventure" book taken to the next level. This story is full of interesting choices and offers a delightful challenge. I'd love to see more apps like this, despite the number of grammatical errors.

Ambar's fate

Great game overall, just wish the storyline was a bit longer.

Disappointing

Spider-fan2011

The art is decent, sound effects are good but the combat system is too long and extremely hard to beat even on "easy peasy" level. It is disappointing.

Fun, some translation issues though.

Roll Them Bones

Very fun choose your own adventure style game book. It was obviously translated into English and not proof read by a native English speaker so you will notice some text errors here and there. Very short though.

Nice, but too luck-based.

I'd first like to mention I am new to "dice-rolling" type games, so my review might be a bit biased. I have spent a few hours on this game, and after my 6th attempt on fighting two enemies after walking through some fog (not my first battle I had many attempts on), I thought I'd mention two things that ruin the mood of the game for me. 1.) Battles are too dependent on the random number generator. I understand that it is a D&D type of game but it gets frustrating when an enemy I am stronger than blocks attacks and hits multiple times in succession. Even worse when there's two, then you fail to block twice in a turn. Perhaps input a system (like a meter) where there's time to roll that has a higher chance to roll higher numbers (if there is, I'm sorry as I haven't found it yet). 2.) Same concept as #1, except battles can get dragged on for too long when the enemy blocks your attack, and then you block the enemy's attack, multiples times. I like the game and I really want to get into it more, but it just gets frustrating for me when the battle becomes one-sided against me due to pure luck.

Poor story line

Guestiel

The story starts with the protagonist hero trying to save his community village located on an iland off the main land. To look for cure for a disease, he is intructed by the village elders to swim to the continent. Yes, swim, for many hours, with all his equipment such as sword or dagger and, apparently, in his regular garment. In the iland community, don't they have as little as a fishing boat to take him to the mainland?? Personally, I have trouble playing an adventure story that starts like this...

Great Story!

G'mog

I enjoyed this app a great deal. The story was engaging and the game system had me hooked. It is classic solo RPG. There’s a bug where one page comes up in Spanish the second time you see it but it didn’t detract much. I hope they publish additional stories with the same engine.

Waste of money

Secret Whisper

This story clearly wasn’t edited at all after it was done. There are spelling and grammar mistakes all over, at least 2 on every page, totally ruining immersion. There’s even entire pages that the authors forgot to translate from Spanish. I also agree with the other person that the game is way too luck-based. A little bit of luck makes a game fun, but this much is ridiculous.

Solid gamebook

Haimy

Writing is passable, mechanics too. Its exactly what youd expect so buy it if you enjoy game books.
