Easy to use photo backup

I love this app as a quick way to backup my photos without any extra steps.. just open it and it begins updating.. never have to worry about losing photos and it even logs the dates taken and reminds you of memories from this day. Perfect for what I want!

Able to keep all photos in one cloud drive. Use for whole family. The best part is that it is unlimited and comes with Amazon Prime.

A great photo app!

Amazon can’t really get much better! Easy to use and Super convenient for prime users my only wish is that it had more room for videos included in the prime membership.

I’d like the option to organize by either date uploaded or date taken. It’s easier for me to find pictures if i have them organized by date upload it but it seems like you can only do that when you upload to the main site and not individual folders. Also, I wish we could directly upload to folders. So far I have not seen way to do that.

I didn't even know this was a benefit of Prime until a friend told me! Such an easy app to use and unlimited storage is awesome! Love the family sharing feature - just wish you could set up more than one shared family album.

Keeps Crashing!!!

I love this app, it’s the best storage app in my opinion but it keeps crashing! It has crashed 40 times in a row while trying to upload photos!!! Everything it updated so I don’t know what’s wrong. Please fix it.

Download by album?

This needs a feature to download albums not just individual photos. If this is already a feature then it needs to be much easier to do.

Love amazon photos. My one (and major) complaint is the facial recognition. You can’t untag and retag or manually tag photos so it’s pretty worthless. I’m hoping they add that because that’s the whole reason I decided to use amazon photos.
