Updated the stupid app and now it keeps crashing and restarting really annoying when I’m trying to finish my mf route. Always taking unnecessary steps to become worse I swear.

This app is hacked by bots, Amazon knows and they don’t care, and they still haven’t done anything to fix it!!! More updates and bots still on this app

Utility access roads are not roads!! Please remove these from your map routes. I’m tired of being told to drive through people back yards because “tHeReS a RoAD” when it’s literally muddy backwoods utility truck just access clearings for power lines!!

Dark mode please! Too bright at night AND it automatically brightens - constantly turning down brightness. ALL STOP locations should be indicated on map. NOT JUST for current stop. Let ME judge next stop. Map app not always best judge of route or next stop. I know the streets better and a quicker route. Shortest distance is not always quickest. It has directed me away to other deliveries first when there is one right next door or on same street. I've looped back to same street four or five times with houses short distances apart. But I don't know that until I get to stop. I can't memorize the addresses. I'm trusting the "logic" of the app. But it does not always choose the best/quickest route. I've missed a turn (because of app sluggishness) and turned around (literally) in front of a future delivery address. But did not know until directed back by app. Consistently directs to wrong gated entrance (closet is NOT always best choice) when there are multiple. Doesn't seem to know when there is a gate. Many are exit only. I've had to manually reverse order of my deliveries as I would be driving by future stops to get to the other gate. stop locations indicated of ALL stops on map would help. App states LATE if I check in EARLY - now I don't check in until I am directed to pickup lane. I have NEVER BEEN LATE. If I'm late, it's because of Amazon associates.

The actual app is pretty crappy and it’s obvious they don’t wanna spend money to improve it. There are bugs left and right, some of them very serious. But, overall this is actually one of the best money making apps in the gig economy. I only do Whole Foods instant offers and most of them are very well worth the time. Not an app that you can really rely on though for consistent offers or money, but when it’s good it’s good.

Bots making impossible for people who work without bits to take blocks

People are using bots and its making impossible to take block, which is unfair working platform. And amazon seems to not care about people using bots. All they care is to deliver orders.

Photo ID verification glitch

I have been doing flex for several months, and this app has had the same glitch this entire time. When I goto check into a job the photo verification screen freezes. Because of this I have to manually check in every time which is a pain. I have sent multiple emails to tech support, but nothing has changed. Please fix the glitch!

I got sent a block personalized for me for Whole Foods get to store wait and wait had to contact support to find out my time was wasted because there was no packages put in my itinerary, how can I get a block but get nothing to do, I talked to two people at customer support and they were great but the lady at Whole Foods was very short and nasty and told me there was nothing she could do, I guess I’m just confused about how you can offer a block to someone but have nothing for them to do

Just wanna say if you’re using a bot to grab blocks (which prevents others who are following the rules from getting a chance to grab them who are only using their fingers) i hope you get really bad karma or better yet kicked off the app
