I remember playing this game years ago on an iPod touch yes a frigging iPod touch lol. Anyways I stumbled upon it after all these years... I must say it’s a major upgrade from the first version, but I’ve noticed one big issue MONEY!!! They want money for everything. And the turnover rate for a partner to recharge is too long.... I like the game and how far it’s come but I would like to play a game where I’m not looking to go broke to play it.

Best surgeon Strategy game I’ve ever played from the App Store! I remember playing the first and second one on my iPhone 3s back in the day as a young teenager, lol.

I loved the original one it was a classic, but the constant bombardment of crap pushing you to buy stuff is so annoying. And the NEED to have a partner is also crap just a ploy to get your money. Smh...
