i go to sign up and i get to my birthday and i put it in then it says username unavailable and i don’t get it cause i tried a million times and i uninstalled it too and it still wont work

I’ve been trying to play this game for a while now but when it comes to the face part it keeps saying: oops that shouldn’t have happened try again. Can you please fix this for me?

I was pretty excited to try this app out, so I log in using my email, and then I come up with a username, and right after I put in my birthdate, there’s a pop up message saying that there’s an error. First it said :payment required, but the app was free to download, and there was no button that said that I needed to pay for anything. Next error was: username already exists. ????? How are you going to tell me that it’s already taken if the app let me type it in in the first place?? This is most likely some type of bug but I hope it gets fixed so I can play.

I could not log in and when I tried to put my date of birth in it said payment required then I tried again and it said username taken when trying to put my date of birth in and then it blocked me well it said that and it said it did that because there was unusual activity and I have to reinstall it about 2 times because I thought I did something wrong and I don’t know what’s wrong but can you guys please try to fix it. Thank you.
