Sound effects, graphics, controls everything is as good as it could get for a mobile device. Arcade cabinet didn't fit in my pocket - I tried. So I bought this game instead. It was a wiser choice for all involved.

Excellent recreation of the classic! Controls very responsive and fast even on my older iPad, allows my to focus on the game and get in the zone just like back in the day.. awesome!

Update: This is still an awesome game. I recently got an icade compatible Bluetooth controller with joystick and game style buttons. It works flawlessly with this app!! Great job developers! You guys are truly one of the few SW iOS developers that are professional and thorough with your work. Please keep up the great work!! Very nice asteroids app. I went ahead and got the pro version. This app is real smooth and is very good both graphically as well as smoothness and speed and playability.

Every time I try to go into Options an add pops up right over the button to exit out of options, back to play screen Only way to continue is to close app and reopen. Will be deleting this app as soon as I finish this review
Update for iPhone X please!

This is still my favorite asteroids game and it looks phenomenal on the iPhone X. Would love to see it officially updated for the X to use their full screen.

Hi Guys, I love this game but uninstalled it because you cannot close the game with the ad blocking the exit button.

OMG. I've been looking for something like this for years. This works exactly like the original from the 1980's. Even the feel of it. Works great on my iPad. Now I'll never get any work done. ?
