This app never works and every time I would submit a ticket to their costumer service they would close it as complete even though no action was taken on their part to address the issue or fix it. I wonder if their charging the government for each they close a support ticket because if that’s the case then they’re defrauding the government.
Constantly have to close and open just to make a reservation multiple times.
Does what just what you need it to, sure sometimes there are problems just like any other app but has essentially worked for what I need it to for UTA weekends.
Of course the govt picks the cheapest software developer possible. Every time I need to use this I have to delete the app and reinstall it. No ability to book IDT lodging for reschedules. Honestly the phone system is more reliable even with having to go through endless prompts about what lodging is available.
I am unable to scroll to even the user agreement. so this app is now worthless to me!! Please go back to the original and remove the update! I can no longer make a rooom reservation on this phone. Make the screen automatically fit the phone!!!
It would be nice to write in the program to allow Touch ID or not have to re-enter the pin, even if you are out of the app for a few seconds. Thanks
