Hit the slopes as a sledding marmot, bunny or other hilarious little rodent. At first you'll find yourself chuckling at the visuals and sounds, and then gradually you are mesmerized by the fluid motion as you weave between trees and gather your biscuits. Even more addictive as you strive to beat your high score and that of your friends! Great for adults or kids.
very addictive - you can race against your previous scores or against other players. Nice range of slopes, from beginner to advanced. Lots of fun!
It's a smooth, fun game on the iPad (I don't have an iPhone). My favorite feature is that you can see the shadow of your previous run so you can race yourself. You can also try to beat your own best times and the best times of your friends and the world champs, for each level. There's a whole range of levels from simple to very challenging! You gradually unlock them, and new rodents, by grabbing biscuits as you sled. Each rodent has its own specialty, like good traction or crazy jumps.
I like that you can race with different rodents and on different courses! It's fun collecting biscuits to unlock new characters and the physics are realistic. It's a great game for all ages.
1) when you run into trees, 2-3 seconds are added to your time and you keep your biscuits. 2) please more rodents! 3) change the squares to blue like they should be. Once this is fixed, FIVE STARS! Overall, it is fun.
So Fuzz here! Watch out! That got to be the smoothest down hill game action I ever seen on a Iphone so real and slick. If I could change something i would add a Bear racer that can intercept the rodents and eat them or something like that. Just to make it extra fun and bloodier. But my wife says that is a terrible idea because she got it for the kids in the first place.
I'm the developer. Use Game Center to compare race times with friends and the world. I hope you enjoy Alpine Rodents!
Game play is excellent. I like the option to pick my own rodent - the squirrel is especially fun because it can jump higher than the other rodents. I also like that I can adjust the tilt sensitivity in the info screen.
