Downloaded this for my niece and right away there was a problem. First page did not have the letter that she needed to find and instead said it was correct when she press a different letter. Second page had the needed letter but when she pressed it it came up as incorrect. Definetly not happy with the confusion frustration this caused my niece.

Downloaded for my son and asks for the letter “S”... no S displayed. Clicked all the letters and said “U” was correct. Did this multiple times. Deleted, not needing to confuse my son.

The letter photos do not match the letter they say or the letter given is not even a choice making the app unusable. I also paid to unlock all sections. Please fix complete disappointment.

Wrong Letters and Sounds

The app tells you a letter or sound to tap on but sometimes that letter isn’t visible. Even if the letter is visible, it says you are incorrect. The provided letters and sounds are matched with the wrong letters.

The app was very glitchy. The audio of the letter they ask you to find isn’t even in the screen and then when the correct letter appears and you click on its wrong. If you click on random letters you’ll get it right even though that is not the instruction of the audio in the the game. This app would teach student incorrect letter recognition. I went through several of the games and everything was incorrect.

The ABC app does not work. The sound does not match the visuals. My daughter is searching for letters that are not there or looking at a “Z” while the app tells her it’s a “W” The games would be great if they worked.

There is a lot of glitches, it ask for a certain letter but the letter is not there. I really like the game and think it would be awesome for my nieces if it worked properly.

Asks to pick letters that are not pictured

I would LOVE this app but when you go to the letter recognition part it asks for letters that aren’t pictured. Tracing is good too but from what I saw it only says the sounds of the letter and not the name and there isn’t enough time in between finishing one letter and it moving on to the next for me to be able to say the name for my 4 year old. I usually love Alligator Apps but this one is a dud!
