Great but limited

Application has been fantastic for me thus far. I have lost my phone a couple of times and the app has recovered all my passwords. However, the paid claims to be unlimited entries. Today I tried to make my 180th entry and the system would not allow me to do it. I have tried to contact support, but I have not been successful thus far. I tried to do it on my phone and on the web. You deserve a 5 star if we could truly have unlimited entries.
IOS 11 killed it

Worked fine until IOS 11, as soon as the upgrade completed everything disappeared and cannot enter any new data, instantly crashes when I hit save and after retry the new data was gone. Another victim of IOS 11
