Room for improvement

App is great and the audio is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, if I pause the audio lesson, the app never remembers/saves how far I was into the lesson...it's incredibly annoying skimming through an 1hr and 20min lesson trying to find where you left off...I imagine this is a simple fix that would greatly improve the user experience on the app...

Audio Portion Needs Update

I'm currently using the audio portion of this app as a supplement to my studying and it's somewhat useful but it's a pain to know that there is no way whatsoever to pause and come back to where you left off so what happens is that I lose track all together of what I've listened to or not.

The practice questions do not prepare you for the actual exam. I don't know where they got them from, but they are not good. Do not subscribe!! Find another practice aid!!!!

Decent content, terrible app

The app is so bad it impedes your studying. The audio doesn't remember your position when you switch apps for more than a few minutes. If you highlight a word in the text and click "define" to pull up iOS dictionary, there is no button to exit the dictionary and you must restart the app, of course losing your position. In the text reading, there is no way to bookmark you position or for the app to remember your position when you switch apps for a few minutes. The audio doesn't have different listening speeds like Podcasts and Audible. The format/structure of the audio lectures thingies are terrible and don't really jive with the CFA curriculum. And some lectures switch back and forth between a male and female speaker which is super distracting.

This was a total rip off. Not at all useful. I also didn't realize it was a subscription and they've been billing me for months long after I passed lev 1. Save your money and don't buy this.

Quality of questions is bad. They make it nearly impossible to cancel billing and they will continue to charge you every month even after the exam.

Paid for full access but not receiving benefits

It looks like a great APP, however, I paid for the full subscription and cannot get access to 90% of the categories. I select a category and it just promps me to upgrade, I reenter my payment info and it says I'm already registered. Would love to give better rating, if I could just receive what I paid for.

Such a stupid app. Paid for membership and still cannot open any tests. Then it tells me that I did not pay for membership and became unable to open up the app anymore. Totally a waste of money, definitely do not pay for that!!!!!!

Frustrated User in Ohio

Changing to 5 stars! I had trouble canceling the application, but customer service emailed me back within a few hours. I like the content of this application, but was frustrated by how it seemed they tricked you into a subscription. Customer service told me how to cancel my subscription and now I'm happy. Changing my subscription from weekly to monthly up until the exam. Canceling after the exam.
