Paid for 6 mos Does Not Work

I paid for it A six subscription to translate Arabic to English. I pasted a text message in Arabic into the field and hit the translate arrow. I got a message saying “ the translation service is not available.” I tried 4 more times but I get the same message. This is terrible because the sales hyper makes you think they have an excellent translation service. NOT TRUE! Customer service stinks!! There should have been a disclaimer if translation. Service is restricted to certain hours or days. I am going to cancel and try another reliable app

I downloaded this thinking I would get a free trial. But it looks like it charged me account with no way to turn off any additional payments!!

For one day this app worked then would no longer access the server error. Supposed to be seven day trial. Not impressed.

I downloaded this app when I was in Spain. Because it was free and looked good. It would not work unless I pay for a premium version

Same thing is happening to me. It keeps saying unable to access translations server. Update: They read my review and fixed the problem asap. Thank you. It’s nice to see that you care about your customers.
