Export Problem Pains

So this app is a favorite of mine to edit with; until of recent. EVERYTIME I try to export a video, it does not work and runs into difficulties that shouldn’t exist. I did what the website said to do when this happens twice. I even uninstalled it and reissued it, neither methods worked. When it fails to export, it also permanently mutes all sound and you can’t unmute it. This is excruciating for someone who has to do their process over and over again. FIX IT Immediately.

Alight Motion is a good app overall I used to edit on this app 24/7 but now the app has become so laggy it’s absurd. It crashes so often even when I’m doing a simple thing like making a slide transition. Even when I’m exporting a video that has only 5 layers and is less than 2 seconds that it still crashes when exporting. I don’t like how laggy it is now. It used be very easy to make videos but now because of the lag my YouTube channel is uploading less and less which is honestly not cool. I love your app and think it has many cool features and a great way to edit but the new lagging and crashing is getting annoying.

I like and it all but the all the useful effects are all locked and I have to pay omg , and when I use em and make smth good I red frustrated that I can’t export it

The app is pretty good but crashes easily and is inconvenient for non premium. Exporting is annoying.

It’s a good editing app but the glitches ruin it. Whenever I try using the movement, the width doesn’t move, so it ruins my edit. It’s honestly a great editing app but the bugs are really annoying.
Lagging ( ESPECIALLY THE GROUP)

EVERY TIME i use the group it kicks me out and when i export the video it dớ the same, even when i only group 1 ( 2 thinks on 1 group so 1 group in a video)

I really hate to give this a one star because it’s a great editing app, it’s just that whenever I do a edit it always lags, you can’t even see the progress of your edit.
