I bought some Perkins parts and she send me wrong parts number I send it back and almost 2 month I write with them every 2 days to refund the money and nothing still now, Very very frustrating!!!

If you get lied to by a seller and want a canceled order, good luck getting your order canceled and your money back. I’ve been lied to buy a seller and when I tried to cancel it he order 2 days after placing the order, alibaba customer service said good luck and deal with the seller directly. First and last time I will ever use this site. What a horrible experience

I got the app thinking it was similar to Amazon, but when I was scrolling through (having not put anything into the search bar or preferences) much of what I saw were sex objects (toys, lingerie, and other similar items). That’s not something I never want to see. It needs to be fixed.
