Difficult and inconvenient to get reimbursements

Reasons for additional information are unclear. Receipts that used to be accepted are now requiring more information than what the hospital provides.

Love this app. Does have a different log in credentials than online however once I set it up I can either log in with Face ID or 4 digit pin. Makes submitting claims simple and fast as I just take a pic of my documentation and upload to my claim or debit swipe. Can get my balance at anytime and see if I need to submit receipts and the status of my card.

I’ve been using this app on an android device for years. I switched to iOS and now I can’t log in.... I didn’t have a problem logging in with the investment app why would this be any different. One would think with the size of the company and the high profits they’d invest a little into a better application software and make it work for the clients.

don’t trust a financial org that can’t do passwords right

Don’t trust a financial institution that can’t do password security properly. There is a mismatch between the web site and the app. Valid complex passwords that work with the web site fail in the app. Using the app requires you to dumb-down your password making it shorter and eliminating special characters like punctuation symbols. This decreases entropy and security.

Very poorly developed app. Cannot log in with proper credentials. Zero effort, deserves zero stars, and promotes zero interest in this company.
