You charge $2 for an app and THEN expect me to pay $5 to unlock premium content? I feel robbed. Buyers beware.
We haven't had much inclement weather since this app was released, but it has worked well. When I first launched the app, it automatically recognized that I have the premium service. That service does include lightning data. One feature that AlertsPro offers is to set different alert levels for each city.
Alerts are not even enabled unless you pay an additional monthly subscription. No thanks.
AlertsPro. Costs $2 and you would think it would give you alerts, huh? Nope! They hit you with an inapp purchase to be able to receive the alerts. Apple... Do something about this company! This is out and out fraud!!!!!
This would be an awesome app except for one thing. You pay $1.99 to get the app for the push notifications. Once you download the app if you still want push notifications, which was the whole point here, you have to spend another $1.99 to become "premium". What's the point of charging to begin with for that? It's a shame too because this app had so much potential. I want a refund.
iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 8.1...app crashes all the time, a couple of seconds after starting it. Please fix and you get 5 stars. Update: The bug seems to affect iPads and iPhone 6 Plus only. The iPhone 6 works.
Stopped working on iOS 8.01. Great beforehand. I assume programmers will fix ASAP. Unusable now.
Great app! Simplistic/minimal yet it conveys the necessary information for the weather alerts issued by the NWS (and others elsewhere outside the US) in a great way. I love the color coding for the severity of the alerts and the nice display as well as the map with the various county by county alerts. I consider myself a bit of a weather aficionado and I use this app regularly! Kudos!
The most useless weather app I have ever seen. You can't do anything with it unless you pay more money. And what you do have to pay for, other apps give you the same info and better for free.
