Deceptive advertising

Their rewards program which offer up to $1.00/gal for gas with an accumulated 1000 rewards points, is a total SCAM!! I have called their customer service for the just 4 you rewards and they cannot get me my rewards. I have over $2000 in receipts so should have plenty of points but it still says zero. Then when customer service loads points for me, they expire because they cannot seem to connect my account with my phone number so at the pump my rewards are useless. This is the epitome of false and deceptive advertising and I will be filing a complaint with the FTC, and my states consumer affairs devision of the AG’s office.

Just for you doesn’t work. Am missing my awards. Traded in my tokens and can’t redeem my items. Am upset about this. Awards for gas is very good. Getting 10cents off a gallon for groceries we get is wonderful. I’ve been able to use this up to sixty cents a gallon. This is quite useful.

Sorry. I tried to get developer help but just went to the app.... which isn’t working properly for me. I’ve been using this one with Safeway too for years. Recently it has been adding all weekly ad items chosen to added items in the list instead of putting them in their specific categories. They are also without information such as price with photo. Just a description. Is it me?? I’m about to dump this app.

Too often I am over charged and must return to the store for a refund. One HAS to check your receipt, 50% of the time store over charges from what is advertised.

This is MY neighborhood store and will shop two to three times a week they are all familiar with me as I them everyone is always kind and will go out their way to assist you in what you need They are hard working from the people in the Starbucks the deli the fruit and vegetables and the bakery seafood market and last but no least my favorite cashiers Latoya, Shelia they always greet you with a smile and make sure that the items on special in the Just for U are included in our purchases they’re my neighbors and I feel so comfortable and love shopping there
All grocery stores should have a app like this
