The best app ever!

Normally I am irritated by all of the “rate this app” requests but I went out of my way to find the option to rate this one. I have had this app for several years now and sometimes used it and sometimes put it away because I tend to be inconsistent and fickle. After trying multiple other apps and not finding exactly what I wanted and not wanting to pay a subscription for one of the newer, fancier apps, I remembered “Alarmed.” This app truly has everything anyone could need in a reminder app, including frequency of reminders, multiple timer options, and a gazillion alarm options. And that’s in the free version! So after all of my years of using it for free, I have finally paid the very reasonable asking price ($4.99) for an upgrade in support of this developer and the integrity he has shown with never being pushy or greedy and offering such a practical and functional app. There are no bells and whistles but it works well and is a very solid option, even in the free version. Highly recommended!

I too wish there was a way, *any way,* to send feedback to the developer of the app. I guess here will have to do. I like the app. It’s more insistent than most alarms, which helps me. The app gives users a LOT of flexibility in how they each configure their alarms (can be wildly different alarm to alarm, but it doesn’t have a “copy alarm” feature to simplify the alarm creation process. Since some of the settings have unique names and are a little esoteric, I have to recall what each one does, which I don’t alway do. I just want to make another alarm from an ongoing and active alarm I already use weekly or periodically. Clicking “Edit” on an alarm with all or most of the settings I want for a new one, I should see a “Copy Alarm” option that allows me to shortcut the alarm creation cycle for any alarms that are more complex or need multiple reminders: the week before, the Friday before, the day before and/or the day of. It’s a bit of a task currently, when this powerful app should be able to copy and create alarms even faster yet still have all the cool settings I like. Great work! This is a very useful app. I hope they keep it up and add a little more ease!

After my phone updated, the reminder app already installed stopped working. Best app ever for those of us that..ooh look! Something shiny!

I sure hope this app keeps up with iOS updates. Have had it for years and love it except in the last year it has started sending a notification 3 & 4 times all at once. Some timers I have set to repeat several times a day so this gets kind of annoying. Some new sounds would be good too.
Great alarm, but...

Used this on my original retina iPad and loved it, used it every day as my alarm clock and all kinds of reminders. I really like that you can choose whether you want it to go forever until you shut it off, or just a one shot and it’s quiet after the brief alarm. However, after upgrading to a new iPad, I find that for this app the volume is reduced- it’s not nearly as loud as the iOS clock app, to the point that it often doesn’t wake me up. I’d just use the iOS clock app but it can't be set to shut itself off, which is really annoying. So now I'm on the lookout for another alarm app... :-(

I’ve used other apps and this is the best ever ! I even switched to Android and went back to iPhone because nothing came close to Alarmed. Glad I did !!!
