Test Alarms Didn't Work

Set a few test alarms and they never went off. I locked my phone each time (because a good alarm should work no matter what state your phone is in), and the minute would pass by without a sound. It was only when I opened up my phone / the app that the song would even start, rendering it useless. It's also interesting to note that you can add songs from Spotify to a new playlist, but you can't actually choose a playlist from your Spotify account.

I have a premium Spotify account I set it up put my playlist had my iPhone unlocked and on the app had it set for 6:30 am and I didn't set off my music but luckily I had a back up alarm 2 mins later in case this app didn't work (which it didn't) so I should rate it a 0 star product but that isn't a option. ?????

This really needs a 12 hour mode. As someone who's never used 24 hour time before, this is nearly a deal breaker.

Alarm/music won't turn on unless screen is on with app open. Who leaves their screen on all night?! No one.

I just think they need to invest time into making the alarm less complicated.. It literally makes no sense when you first use it, and doesn't provide you with instructions.. It took me weeks of fiddling around with the app settings to get it to finally work, and it still didn't play my music!! It just plays an alarm tone.. Anyways, word to the wise, don't waste your time.

Thank god I didn't spend money on this! Read the other reviews about ease of use and leaving the app open. Silly.

Tested for a week and the app won't play the Spotify songs I set as the alarm, instead it plays a stock alarm sound.
