Video shuts off when screen becomes idle

Son loves the app however the phone shuts off since he doesn't touch the screen while watching the videos. How do I fix this problem?

Wow, what a great app. My daughter loves the Alana Banana app. The songs are easy and fun to learn and sing and she learns so much from each episode. Not only does this app have songs but it also features videos, coloring and memory games. I highly recommend this app for your little ones.

Our kids love this app! The interface is well done, the games are fun and engaging, and there are enough options to keep them entertained for a long time. The music engagement is great, and we also like the classic memory game.... and LOVE the videos! Highly recommend!
