About to lose a long-time player

I have played this game for years. When it’s working, it can be fun. I made it to the highest level (80) without spending a dime. Maybe that’s why I can’t get any help from tech support. Watching ads for rewards is the only way to advance if you’re not willing to spend real cash, and for the last several months there have been no rewards for watching the ads. Repeated notices to tech support have been a waste of time; they get forwarded to “research” and the issue isn’t ever resolved. While I haven’t sent them cash I have helped with their ad views. Patience has about run out. Fix the issues and make up for all of the rewards that players have been cheated out of, or I’m done.

This game is the epitome of pay to play games. You’ll get nowhere unless you decide to cough up real dough. To top that off the game play is not up to par. Planes constantly get jumbled together and I’ve whatched countless adds for the full 30 seconds required only to not receive any credit for them. Have contacted tech support on multiple occasions and have never once receive a valid response from a human. Save your time and money. There are much better games out there.

Starts fun but you quickly realize you need parts that only rarely come up. The option to get certain parts are available if you watch however....I’ve been dealing with watching ads for parts and have not been getting them. Everyday for the past week I’ve attempted to reach out to customer service and have gotten zero support or compensation for any of the requests made. Horrible game and worst service! Do NOT spend your time on this game. Not recommended!

When you try to deal with a problem, the app gives you a text application that has you chat with a computer. It gives you a simple answer to your problem in hopes that you will give up... when you press on, you get a response that someone will get with you within a couple hours "there are a lot of people that need help." If they actually would deal with the problem instead of giving soft results in hope that that will satisfy people...then maybe they would have less people needing help. I rarely leave 1 star reviews. In this case I have spent money on an item within the app just to have to spend more money in order to use said item in a timely manner. The app offers the ability to watch ads to speed up that progress, but after watching those ads, there is no result.

This is a good game and fun to play but I agree as to why it costs so much to upgrade things and why the plane flights take soooo long and only net a little bit of money. Current problem: when I try and watch the free video to get an item to upgrade buildings it doesn’t reward you with that item. I have sent numerous message to the developers but nothing has been fixed so I am currently stuck and cannot upgrade anything to grow my airport. I will gladly change my rating of this game when these problems allow me to progress in the game.

This game starts off fun, but then you realize it’s impossible to progress without spending significant real money. They offer the option to watch ads in order to get required items for free, but don’t bother...it doesn’t work. You watch a 30 second ad and get nothing in return. If you like throwing money away, then this is the game for you!

Game is enjoyable but it does steal your cash over time. I have been playing this game for several weeks and have seen my money slowly disappear over time to where I have none left in the game. I have. Ion but no money so I can play. It is just not fair that you try to save up the cash but it is gone the next time you begin to play the game. I have tried to hit the tech support button that comes up while the game is loading but it doesn’t work. So I gripe here.

First the good. It was engaging. Enough to make me want to invest a good starting cash amount. BUT THEN... jets started freezing up at the end of the runway when there were no planes on the ground or or other runways. I would have to force quit and return to discover all I lost. BUT THAT WAS NOT ALL. To speed up retrieving objects necessary for building, I was offered to watch advertising videos. Never did it reward as promised. BUT THE WORST was after saving and accumulating thousands of “dollars” to buy a building, I would find out that I still don’t get the building. Either watch at least 24 videos and hope they all reward, hope that over several hundred of hours of playtime, your planes will return with the needed item, or spend real money. The game is a cash trap in the wrapping of a very buggy APP. JUST MY OPINION
