Crashes

Rzr23

I love playing this game however I’m tired of all the crashing every five minutes. I’m currently playing on an iPad mini 2 Airline manager tycoon professional with the latest iOS yet the game still crashes even when I’m buying an aircraft or trying to buy a route. If they can do an update and fix the issue I will gladly give it five stars until then only one for the crashing.

Needs Work

Some times after updating the game the game would restart the whole entire game and I can't regain my progress so do consider that.

Really good

Alot of commercials that have a tendency to redirect you to 3 party apps

Used to be my favorite game

InfectedDread

Played the heck out of this for a very long time. Spent months building my airline and getting it super profitable. Even spent some real money on the game to level up faster. I got to the point where I was profiting almost $100M every game day. I would leave for a few months and come back to play and everything would be where I left it. Then several months back I came in and I was over $3B in debt. Now I’m over $7B in debt. It’s taking money when I’m not playing, which is dumb. That’s not how it used to work. I’m super disappointed in this and now it’s pointless to play because my airline is screwed and I can’t get loans for all that. Would cost me almost $100 real money to get out of debt. Just makes me so mad.

Great but hard to navigate

Elliot2137

Overall this is a really great game and cool concept, but navigating the different options and menus is a little confusing and it could use a simpler way to navigate

Fantastic, but not perfect

Honestly if you’re looking for a airline manager sim with relative realism, this is the only choice. It’s truly a great app and the airline livery painter is surprisingly easy to use even if you don’t have photoshop experience! The micro transactions are not done horribly either. If you’re patient, you can achieve what you want without taking out massive loans and paying real money for rapid success. It’s a perfect medium in my opinion. And if you decide to chip in a few bucks, you do get pretty decent value. I like that this is a long term game, in that yes, it will take you months to build a massive airline that can compete with legacy carriers. 7 hours of game time to 1 hour in real life is a great balance. But it’s very rewarding and fun in general. What could be added, improved upon.... 1. While you cannot expect the 2020 version to really account for the drastic long term changes in passenger traffic due to COVID, I’d love to see a different demand structure for seating class. 1st class is disappearing and business is becoming the new first. Premium economy is also becoming a huge new thing. Would be awesome to see more accurate demand simulated. And maybe give the user an option to outfit planes with 0 first class seats, with the addition of premium economy. Just in general, even airlines that employ first class products only have maybe 4-8 suites/seats on massive 777-300’s (with a few exceptions of course). 2. A round globe. The flat interface is fine, but tends to look bad when you start adding intercontinental routes that fly over the very high or conversely low latitudes. I’ve found some display issues with flights that traverse the international date line going from one side of the map to the other. The aircraft just disappears. 3. Maybe give the user 1-2x 24 hour rewinds to return to a previous day, per month of real time (30 days). When you’ve been at it for 3-4 weeks, there’s not really any concrete instruction on financial matters. You can accidentally destroy your progress and profit if you make a bad choice. And while that is grounded in realism, I don’t think most players are business students or business professionals. Hence, they won’t understand the implications of taking out large loans until it is too late. And that can be devastating after weeks or months of work. So the 24 hour rewind do over function should be given out very sparingly, but would allow users to find financial answers and methods without completely negating all of their previous work. Overall, it’s great! But with these few changes along with some other smallish suggestions users have brought forth in other reviews, this game would be absolutely perfect.

Route Pricing

Killian20015

The game itself it’s very great and at the beginning it looks like a lot to take in due to all the buttons and options you can go through but after a while it’s quiet easy to navigate through the game. The only reason why this does not have 5 stars from is that the Route Pricing get to almost twice the price not even after already having 8-10 routes. The price increase is quiet abs urs under the reason to maintain realism.

Great game for optimization fans

Really great game. Slightly addictive. I’m sure you’ll love it. You can get to a very reasonable place without paying anything if you understand the game. This sets the game apart from others. I rate 8/8 would recommend!

Can’t play
