Asked me to suscribe a million times, I accidentally clicked suscribe and now it wont let me unsubscribe. App does not even work well

Had the worst experience ever. Google translate much better and it’s totally free, what this application keeps sending you bills even after cancelling your subscription!!!!! What is wrong with app creators?? I cancelled my subscription and deleted the whole application from my mobile, why would I keep reviewing payment bills on my email????
