Just got my Case remote in the mail but during the SSID registration, I'm getting an error. "Network Error. Network isn't connected. Can't verify." I've tried verifying with my phone connected to my 4g and a working wifi connection. I'm eager to start using the remote, I really hope this bug is fixed soon.
Too grainy

I find the view on my iPad Pro to be very grainy. Once image is saved and viewed from photo album it is fine. This was in living room with ambient light not strobes or natural light so I will try again tomorrow. Also takes burst of 10 images on initial tries. Only played around with it for about 15 min so could just be me. Also said there was an update for the Case Air and needs full charge before updating I'm on road so no way to charge it sine no computer with me only the iPad Pro.

I have been using case air to download photos from my canon to my iPhone. It's good when it works, the other time it freezes and you can't do anything to the point I have had to delete the app from the phone and then re download to get it to work again. It has been 4 times so far. It can really be a great product if they can get all the bugs from there app fixed.

This is a great tool for traveling light while I’m taking photos. Easy to connect and see my shots on a bigger higher resolution screen than what’s on the back of my camera.

This hardware and app work spectacularly well with my 2Ti and my iPhone X (11.2.2). I am currently using it to photograph birds on my winter feeder. I have almost complete control of the camera and all its settings. I only wish I had powered zoom on my telephoto ( just a pie in the sky idea ). I get great pictures with this setup.

This product worked one time (the day I received it), and when I say "worked" I mean it connected my camera to my iPhone but never allowed me to take a single picture. Since that day, it has never worked once. The supplied documentation is PATHETIC! It consists of a single sheet of photocopied instructions that don't describe much beyond saying to plug it into your camera and look for the SSID and password supplied on the sticker attached to the device. The app developer cannot be contacted because every link on the Apple App Store and every Google search for CheeringTech leads to a GoDaddy domain registration page. I had such hope and promise for this product, and as it was a wedding anniversary gift from my wife, I feel like this company just stole my wife's hard earned money. Shame on you, CheeringTech or whoever you are. You are thieves and your app should be removed from the App Store immediately. ZERO STARS!!!!!!!
Case Air does not sync with Case Remote

Not sure when this issue started, but the case air device will not sync with the updated app. The device does sync with my Mac app, so the issue is not with the device, which means there is an issue with the current version of the app. Really disappointing.

Absolutely worthless and a complete waste of money Even with the update this device is not very fast or useful. CamRanger does a better job from a performance standpoint. So slow as to not be useful. I have added it to my box of misfit toys. Not even worth putting in a make me an offer yard sale box.
