Fun game. I love the graphics too. Everything is highly polished including the game play.

Absolutely Gorgeous

The makers of this app really put their heart and soul into this beautiful game. Airmail is fun and challenging for all levels of gamers, and has the kind of content that allows me to hand this game off to my young nephews, without reservation. Kudos to the app makers on this one

Sub-Standard Graphics, Lying Devs, fun flight game

Sooner Born

This game really reminds me a lot of and Nintendo game called, "Pilot Wings, which I Loved. So it's really great for me on a nostalgic level. And the game is pretty fun all around, with great physics. Th reason I've taken off three stars is the sub-par graphics, and the fact that the developer claims full HD retina support when that's absolutely untrue, they've lied to us and taken our money based upon that lie. The graphics are NOT full HD, and Certainly do not take full advantage of the Retina capabilities of my iPad 3. So pay no attention to the information page on this app, it's completely inaccurate in that regard. I can't believe this developer would go to the lengths they did to hype the graphics of this game, when in reality the graphics are nowhere Near what they should be, Especially for the Huge game size of almost a full 1 gb. Actually, I can believe it, these devs are just greedy companies who don't really care about the product they put out or the customers who buy them, they simply want to make as much profit as they can and don't care how they have to do it. So if they have to tell us customers a lie about the graphics, claiming full retina graphics, they'll gladly do it and when someone calls them on it they will give some technical BS answer how the graphics do us some kind of retina capabilities, even if they are the lowest of those standards still being able to claim it. They obviously don't care that their claims are misleading to say the least, and that most all of the customers are going to be disappointed with the graphics to some degree. It's super frustrating, and really irks me as a paying customer. Do what you claim Devs, put in some time and effort and give the paying customers what you've been claiming since the release. But I doubt you ever will, you've got a profitable game here so why put a little more money in to the game to try to make the customers happier, right... And this isn't the first time they've done this, and things like this, with a game. I'm over this dev, sooooooo over this dev.

Brilliant!

Easily the best flying game out there. The story is good, graphics are great, but what really sets this game ahead of other flying games are the controls. Tilt works better than any other game I have played and if you dont care for tilt controls you can choose to have an in screen analog control that works great too. One of the few games out there worth playing through 100%. Hope they make more like this.

iPhone 5 support please!

Santiago Londono

Great game! But I just upgraded my Iphone to a 5 and this game hasn't :/

Dumb

Wolfmasal

Worst game in the history of games. Horrible graphics, and even worse controls. Waste of money. Nobody should buy this game.

Great Game ?

I don't understand why people don't like this game, it's pretty great. The controls take a little getting used to but then it's a breeze. It's got a cool storyline. I love the fact that you can just free fly all around the island, put on some 'Eagles' and cruise.

Such a great game.

Chillingo creates such wonderful games, and this is one of its finest. The game's narrative is worthy of a film adaptation. The music suggests a Spielberg soundtrack, and while the graphics might not be Miyazaki, the developers have created a fantastic world that you will look forward to entering every time you open the app. Just listening to the overture will lure your imagination back into the game time and again.
