Both the website and the app are incredibly difficult to use and crash constantly 贵司网站是上世纪搭建的吗？ app查询一个航班要输五次不同的验证码，选完字母选数字选完数字选图案，选完图案还有第二组图案，耍猴呢？
Cannot Change Phone Number

Air China changes the calling code of my number to +86 automatically. To change the calling code, I have to submit a verification code sending to +86. Try to contact customer service, which is not helpful at all. Figuring out how to change calling code takes me the whole day, and I still have no clue. Terrible.
Do NOT buy tickets on their app
Chaos is a Laddah
If it’s code share, the flight won’t even appear on your app, and you have to contact the actual carrier ( even if it’s their subsidiary) for anything related to that trip. Air China, the year is 2021 now. Get with the times and start behaving responsibly.
