Always get poor network connection … all my web services never had problems.. I have Netflix, Amazon , Yupptv ,LuLu all most everything I have . But only AHA will very slow . Next two month I will not renew again . Thanks ??

This app crashes alot, if u r viewing something and switched to different device it wont show anything that u are you watching. Accessibility is very poor.

The video is blacked out whenever u open and then starts the patience test game. U need to try multiple times for u to see the video. U either end up switching off or end up cursing the dumbest makers of this app(feel this is ok as u guys are charging us n we have right to demand a correct functional app for money spent)

Only able to login one device for subscription..Tried customer service waste of time.
Login doesn’t recognise subscription

Poor app, complete lack of support. I paid the annual subscription. Once I logged out, unable to access any content after logging back in. The app is so poorly designed/managed that it doesn’t even recognise that I already paid the subscription for this login account. Frustrated. When I contacted support, their help was that I should use phone no to login, and when I try phone number, the app says new users should login with email. It’s frustrating, so here I am, paid the subscription but can’t use the account.
