I just got the game and I don't see it it says installed but it's not In my iPad why do I have to wait until I can reinstall it or upgrade it

There's never anybody playing. Community used to be bigger. SGN doesn't maintain the app, or the servers. My four-year love of this game is over.

The game won't move past the "thumbprint access" loading screen. Don't waste your data limit.

I'm stuck when it says choose an agency I keep tapping the screen of my preferred agency but nothing happens. Help.
Game Won't Even Begin

I start the app and I'm prompted with choosing a name for my profile, which I do successfully. Afterwards, you must select the agency you wish to play for. That's where the problem starts. It says click on the emblem to begin, which I do. It just constantly displays that iconic loading wheel and never progresses to the game. When I close the app and re-enter the game, the startup loading screen transfers to a complete white background and doesn't even go back to the part where I pick a name and agency. I even deleted and re-downloaded the app, still the same results. This app used to work in the past on my old iPod 2G and I shutter to think it would only work with older iOS' only. Save your money, try the lite version first. If you encounter the latter problems, disregard this game, as it used to be great, now just a lost cause.

My game will not go past the first screen. I start by typing in my code name which I do but, then I just get a little loading sign and the game just goes back without the loading thing. I tried again and again. I even deleted and re downloaded the app. Very disappointing.
