very fun app! If you like pirate games, this is your game but the only problem is is that you get money at a reduced rate,and when you start out with a big battle ship and your supposed to loose it and then you start out with a crapy boat. >:( but other than that great game highly recommend app. ( by the way, should be an action game not an adventure game.)

Great game but it is an exact copy of the old one. I was addicted to the old one but now I just got this one and am very upset that I didnt accomplish anything. If you didn't get the old one than I strongly suggest this game but if you got the old one... Don't get this one

I love Sid Meier's pirates. Both the original and the 2004 remake. I've got to say this game has captured the essence of it on a mobile device. Is it worth it? Undoubtably yes.
