I can’t load my game after I purchased a great chest of heroes and was billed for the chest I didn’t receive. I bought one and i got it, the second one of the same I didn’t. Please fix so I can play and receive my second chest.

Game is rigged for players who pay to always be on top no matter what you do I refuse to make any purchases in a game sorry it will also say you get items then never give them to you like gold several times it’s said I’ve got gold and it never showed up

Why is my entire team stuck fighting a single, NPC Azariel for hours??? Clearly the designers of this game need to rethink the stats on these characters and nerf the dodge of NPC characters, as well as their healing.

When 1 character can hold off an entire team... broken When this character is a one time, $25 in the first week of playing the game... When the AI targets this character FIRST (or you can manual, and run out of time) and you get beat down by the rest... OR, you have to grind 6-8 months to get the said character When all the player base has been complaining and devs refuse to fix any thing... Complete trash...

I love this game but it has so many bugs right Now. I cannot purchase any packs at all and for a p2w guy this is frustrating. Sent in a ticket so let’s see what happens.

Playkot Support would rather damage your game than to play fairly. Read the reviews! They keep the good ratings at the top and bury hundreds of ugly truths and complaints. Your private information, your email, your contacts, your AppStore/GooglePlay are not safe in their control. They say they have changed their privacy rules but they adhere to standards of their own that are borderline criminal if not actually criminal. The way they treat people asking for help is downright shameful. They make a game of fixing what you ask to be fixed but damaging some other area or character in return if they don’t ignore you completely. This game is a waste of effort for honest players and a waste of money for anyone fool enough to buy into it. Don’t waste your time on what could be a great game: Playkot will keep your game at a constant disadvantage.
