I just updated the application on my iphone6 but it’s failed to synchronize my data. Keeps telling me to check my internet connection and contact support. Please do I have to delete the application and redownload it? Help me please

I had hope for this game I only had it for like 2 or 3 days without a problem I bought all kinds legendary packs saving all kinds of gold straight grinding in this game I didn’t spend a single dollar cuz f!$k this game cuz I woke up and started it this morning and the game keeps crashing there’s nothing wrong with my wifi or phone ik that for a fact and it even signs into my Apple account before the game loads up but no matter what I do the game keeps crashing and I waisted hours on of my life on this game for this to happen I’m pressed asf

I’ve had this game since oct 2015 and love it , but lately it has been having lots of issues that HAVE NOT gotten addressed the graphics are amazing only thing is that game has become way too glitchy therefore making the gaming experience a total disappointment unfortunately. So until this game gets its problems resolved I WILL spend some real money till then I will just play it occasionally. So please digital legends treat and take care of your customers , you as a company need to love your “elites”
