guess it depends on what mix of features, controls, UI, expandability, and price you're after when searching for a photo edit suite app. Wasn't my cup of tea (I prefer ACDSee Pro, MIX, Snapseed, Enlight, Pixlr), but that's just me.

Great app, in fact I had no need for any other app!! But I PAID for this app and some IAP and now you give it for free!! Ridiculous!

it's kind of BS how I paid the full price for after light 1 and now since it's the after light 5anniversary they're just gonna make after light 1 free and make a whole brand new one and better. I feel like us who pad for the first should get the after light 2 for free or add a bunch of new features into after light one. very disappointed...

So I paid for this one and now it’s free and the new one I have to buy it too

I love this app. But at least Make your old users who bought Afterlight 1 able to upgrade to Afterlight 2 for free!!

Disappointed that instead of updating, they make a second app with actual feature updates. Purchasing in-app upgrades was a complete waste. Do not bother with this app or it’s successor.

I love this app, but the fact that it’s free now is annoying when I had to pay for it four years ago. Users should be able to download Afterlight 2 for free now as well since we paid for the original. Just after the money apparently.

Blurry uploads after editing

As of lately the app has been saving my photos but they are really blurry once I upload them to instagram. I will give it another shot, by I may switch. When I zoom in on the photo after posting it to IG it's not as crisp as the original photo.. But I love the apps capabilities and hope to be able to continue using it

Paid app now free??

How is that a good thing for those of us who paid money for the original app, only to be told you now have to pay AGAIN if you want to get the upgraded version. So, I’m going to be the lucky one who pays twice. Hmmm...maybe I’m missing something here. Not happy at all.
