Need to have app open up our photos not just camera. If policyholders send documents to you it will most likely be in an email or a text. It is senseless to print them out just to turn around and take a pic of the documents. Please address this. It would make things easier. Thanks!
Love the App, hate Ping ID

The login for the app is finally back to normal, but for the past two weeks, it would require me to go through a Ping ID every time I would try to access the app. It was annoying and a hassle. Please ensure that the PingID does not become the norm.
Claims don’t go through!

There have been multiple occasions in which I submit a claim via AFLAC agent hub, and the claim is never received at headquarters. I call and call back days after submitting and it is still not in their system. Please improve this!

I have tried signing in but it keeps kicking me out. Does this app use the same username and password as it does for My Aflac. It just saids sign in. Not register in order to be able to actually sign in with a username and password

I am not able to put notes to communicate details regards to the documents submitted, I could not find an option to submit authorization forms.

Awful app that doesn’t always update, especially on Saturday's. As a DSC, I need access to production as soon as possible without having to wait.
