Your website shows pictures of the AP10pro using this app. Which of course it doesn't. I've been asking you for months to support the AP10pro. I suppose it will never happen. At least update your other app, I've been asking for that for over a year..

Easy to use but....

This app is very easy to use and works well. However, it’s crashed on me a few times and causes me to lose recordings I was making. Please fix this! I change the review comments, IT CRASHES ALL THE TIME DURING FLIGHT! Also, I can’t get the pictures and videos off the camera very easily. When I go to the library, the files are there but they are just grey and not able to be viewed or downloaded to my phone. After I shut the camera and app off a few times I eventually get to the files and they can be viewed and downloaded. I’m very upset at this because my wife worked hard to get this drone for me surprising me at Christmas. Now, it is difficult to enjoy fully because I can’t reliably record and retrieve video and pictures! Please help make this work! Please update this and fix it! Thank you!

This app is great if you’re just trying to get your photos/videos off of an action cam. However it’s not optimized very well to be used with newer (iPhone X) devices. It is very difficult to change the camera settings without the app crashing. For basic usage this app is great however it really needs to be optimized and be made easier to use. The interface is difficult to navigate and is confusing.

I love the drone but the app crashes all the time. I get like 30 seconds to a minute of recording tops before I have to reload the app and try again. Please update this app so it doesn’t crash all the time. I’m about to buy a different camera from a different company. Just so I don’t have to deal with this app all the time.

Please guys, please fix the disconnecting issue. I can’t fly far because camera keep disconnecting and I am. Or able to see which direction the drone is flying. Piece of crap apps for a good drone.

The camera is capable of recording 1080p video but I have to set it to 720p or else the app crashes. Even then, it still has a tendency to crash while recording. Sometimes the saved videos don’t show up when you go to view them and all you see are gray icons. It looks like this app hasn’t been updated in at least a year either. Pretty sad for what should be a pretty basic app. I wonder if they’ve given up on it or if they’ll ever update it again. Until then, be prepared for some frustration while trying to record video from your drone.

This app will crash all the time but i downloaded the AEE AP+ app and recorded solid footage without the app crashing. I have a AP11 pro and that app worked well with it.

Can’t get the app to record for not even a whole 2 minutes. It crashes more than any other app I’ve seen on my iPhone 8 plus. Initial setup works 50% of the time following the directions on the manual. Satisfied with flying but totally dissatisfied with the app and streaming feature.
